The ProW Adjustable seat pad comes in two different sizes – A ‘low’ model and a ‘high’ model. The vast majority of our customers choose the ProW Adjustable “Low”. This model provides sufficient support for most users and is easy to adapt to. The ProW Adjustable “High” is about 5 mm thicker on the saddle and a couple of mm thicker at the back compared to the Low version. The ProW Abjustable High provides more support and is therefore recommended to users with greater issues e.g. with the lower spine or glutes. The support provided from the ProW Adjustable High seat pad is for some users too extreme and will in general require more getting used to.
IS THERE A RULE OF THUMB ON WHEN TO CHOOSE THE LOW VS. THE HIGH MODEL?
The short answer is no. However, we generally recommend that if you are +90kg and +190 cm, then you should most likely choose the High model. In other cases, we recommend you to go with the Low version.
